O18 PROGRAM

This 16-week program is specifically designed for players aged 18 years and older

Training Groups Include:

(4 Days/Week)

  • 16 Weeks
    Phase 1: May 5th - May 30th

    Phase 2: June 2nd - June 27th

    Phase 3: June 30th - July 25h

    Phase 4: July 28th - Aug 22nd

    **Additional training Aug 25th-29th if needed

  • Flexible start dates and customized schedule as needed

  • Schedule

    Mon - Tues - Thurs - Fri

    Wed (Optional recovery session)

    Spring: 10-11:30am; 3-4:30pm

    Summer: 7:00-10am

TRAINING INCLUDES

  • Pre & Post performance assessment and player report

  • On-going performance tracking & monitoring including force plate analysis

  • 64 x 90 min training sessions Customized Program

  • Capped at 8 athletes per group

  • Hydration package

  • On-going nutritional and recovery strategy support

Add-ons:

  • Join bi-weekly summer skills & game ice beginning July 7th. Ice is available by priority registration and capped at 16 skaters.

Remote Program

Can't train with us in person? You can now elevate your hockey off-season training right from home. Our training programs are now easily accessible through the Teambuildr app, allowing you to access personalized workouts directly on your smartphone.

Our experienced TPA coaches will design customized training programs that fit your specific needs and goals. With 16-week programs focused on improving mobility, speed, power, strength, and conditioning, you can enhance your performance this off-season from anywhere.

Programs can be completed with standard gym equipment, such as a barbell, plates, dumbbells or kettlebells, bands or cable, and a medicine ball (recommended, but not required).
